Mad Hot Ballroom For Kids Hits The Twin Cities

St. Paul, MN, November 15th, 2005 - Cinema Ballroom starts a new Ballroom & Latin dance program for kids.

The movie "Mad Hot Ballroom" has inspired excitement among kids for Ballroom & Latin dancing. Traditionally, dance programs for kids have been limited to Jazz, Ballet, and Tap. Now, kid's Ballroom & Latin programs are popping up around the c ountry.

Cinema Ballroom's new kid's program makes Ballroom & Latin dancing, fun and easy to learn. Kids in this program will acquire skills in basic movement, following , leading, and cooperating with others. Kid's will find themselves with a life-long skill that they will be able to use from childhood to old-age.

Cinema Ballroom's kid's program begins Saturday, December 3rd. This program w ill be for children ages 6 -14. Group classes will take place at 11 AM and Noon. Classes will cover one Ballroom & one Latin dance per month. December's dances will be Foxtrot & Merengue. All classes take place at the Cinema Ballroom studio in St. Paul, MN.
